I would like to know how to get a complaint against the Bloomington Transit center resolved. I have complained in person and left voicemails to customer service (they never answer the phone). The treatment I have received from one of their employees is wrong and inexcusable. I also have been treated very unfairly in regards to submitting these complaints. I am unsure of how else to proceed to receive resolve of this issue.

Branch hanging down scratches car roof. Looks like some work was done on a fire hydrant as the ground around it is dirt and I don't know if equipment hit the branch or what happened but it's hanging down. I tried to pull it down myself but there's no way.
While mowing my lawn this week I noticed that someone had come and cut a hole into the cover of our water meter. Is this something the city did? If so, can I have an explanation as to why it was done? My address is 1917 E Arden Drive and my account number is 7011-001. Thank you.

Hi, I live at 3916 E Brighton Crest, 47401. A big branch of a tree by the street next to my house was broken, and I cut it off, and now it is laying on my yard. Does the city have any service to remove it or is it my responsibility to do it? Thanks, Bulent Guler
