MRS. Fernandez stated in her email that on the east side North Maple between 8th & 7th Street the sidewalk is covered with grass and its almost impassable. Please contact her after the inspection.
Mrs. Fernandez stated in her email that in front of 622 W. 6th (her neighbor's) the flora is growing so far out over the wall that you cannot walk by. She says that there is some poison ivy mixed into the overgrowth and she already has gotten poison ivy from it once this year. Please contact her on the status of the action order.
Hawkins says there is an unimproved alley between her house, 906, and 912 W. 6th. She said there are limbs, from the trees on the 912 side, hanging into the alley way. She says it's a mess. She would like someone to call her after they look at the problem.
Neighbors have been mowing all summer, but decided it was time for the Realtor to take care of the situation. The property is for sale and listed w/Tucker. He also said a bank is involved w/the property. Please call him if you think this can not be resolved soon.
Across the street from 211 Martha (a dead end street) there is a bunch of vegetation, branches, & weeds, which are blocking part of the street and sidewalk.
Grass really high at least up to the waist. This is a fraternity house and is empty.

Landlord has not cut the grass.
