Subject: Urgent: Request for Removal of Dead Trees on Public Land Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding our property at 3020 S Stratford Dr. The southern and eastern perimeters are populated with numerous dead trees, on public land. We have reported this matter to the Urban Forester in August, and they know about the issue, we are on their list. We understand that they have immense workload, however, the urgency of our situation has increased as with each passing windy day, large branches have begun falling into our yard, posing a risk to both property and safety. We fear that the upcoming sub-freezing temperatures and spring tornado season will exacerbate the situation. Therefore, we kindly request that you prioritize the removal of the hazardous trees at your earliest convenience. (We have also started felling hazardous trees within our land.) The hill on East Moore's going up from Sare Rd to Andrew Circle becomes a full on river when it rains, and a bobsled track when that rain freezes. It's very dangerous.

This tree is leaning dangerously toward the street. There is often a line of cars waiting to turn onto Hillside, and it would likely crush one of them.

Hello. Wondering what can be done to address this damaged and dangerous block. It greatly limits the street parking available. The sidewalk is also deteriorating. Plus, it makes it hard for the street to have 2 way traffic.

Frank Southern Ice Arena. Shower drain for locker rooms 3/4 is still clogged. Drain servicing locker rooms 1/2 has been cleared but drain for 3/4 is still backed up!!!

There is a construction sign that was left in our yard from some work that was being done in the neighborhood awhile ago. I think it had to do with laying fiber, but I'm not sure. Can this sign be picked up?

This is in reference to an issue reported back in November - Case 186167. AEG was in our neighborhood in over three months ago, and left a haphazard trail of pipes sticking out of the ground, holes covered with thin sheets of plywood, and yards torn up and muddy. Can our neighborhood please have some sort of an update as to when they will be back to finish the job they started? Will yards be repaired and reseeded by this coming spring?
