Hi, This apartment building I have identified has an issue with trash. There is no container for the residents to put their trash in so they are just leaving it on the ground. And its blowing round the neighbourhood. Would be grateful if you could contact the building owner to resolve the issue. I have never had any issue with that apartment building before. Regards Ian
A sidewalk was installed this fall. The road meeting the sidewalk was never patched and is in terrible condition all the way down the block, becoming worse with winter weather and parking. I live at 319 w. 15th st.

In Bloomington, you can buy a rain barrel from Earth Care, the Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District and others. Or, you can build your own! Download our step-by-step instructionshere (DOC 368.00 KB)." Unfortunately the link to the "Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District" seems to go to a New York page! I doubt this is intentional? Please let me know. The 2013 fee schedule says $45 for a rain barrel, which I might be interested in if I can really pick one up in Bloomington IN. Thank you! Property has had trash bags out for over 10 days uncovered and now animals are dragging the trash all over the area.
There is trash out front that has been there for 5 weeks.
