MCKEE STATED THAT HIS NEIGHBOR IS PARKING HIS CARS IN THE ALLEY AND BLOCKING IT FROM ANYONE TRYING TO DRIVE THROUGH IT. MCKEE HAD THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT COME OUT APPROX. 2 YEARS AGO WITH THIS SAME PROBLEM. THERE WAS A DISCREPANCY WITH WHAT WAS THE NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY AND WHAT WAS THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.

While conducting a reinspection next door I observed bags of trash and furniture along the entire west side of this house.
RAN LINE FOR KIRBY RISK AND LINE CAME OUT OF GROUND INDICATING THE LATERAL HAS BEEN CUT
Light for Cory lane traffic to turn east or west last 30 seconds! Why do two cars need 30 seconds while the 30 cars trying to go east and west get stopped so frequently? This is a nightmare in the morning. No cars even on Cory Lane and I'm stopping at a red light for no cars! It's been like this since W 3rd was paved. How long will it take to fix this one?
