Hello, My name is Yangzheng WU. I stepped into a pothole on the road in front of SRSC and got a flat tire on 4/15 after class at 9:15pm from Kelley in the direction of campus view. There was a single pothole in the road about fifteen centimeters in radius and about 3-5 centimeters deep. It was in the middle of the lane, in the middle of the normal path of travel. There were no warning signs around this pothole, and there were no street lights directly above the pothole, so you couldn't see it driving at night. I'm not sure who's responsible for this bank of lights on a high pole near the railroad underpass on East 10th St. Could it be shielded so that it lights whatever needs to be lit without being such an eyesore? It's very glaring, and the bulbs face outward (sideways) rather than downward.

Two Lime scooters parked in our parking spaces in this business parking area. How do I stop this dropoff of scooters from occurring?
