Accumulation of bagged trash in the back yard
Pile of trash in front of house.
Tenants trash and beer bottles has not been picked up for 3 weeks.
There is a dumpster that is placed by 727 & 729 W. Dixie Street. The dumpster is not emptied on a continuous basis. It is full now and the trash is blowing around the neighborhood plus there are skunks, rats, etc... that are rummaging through the trash. He has tried to talk to the landlord to no avail.
There are bags of trash everywhere in the back of the property. There are now animals going through the trash and it is blowing everywhere.
The mobile home park next to 630 E. Hillside Drive is piling its trash up next to the road. The citizen stated that the residence in the mobile home park have to be out prior to Dec. 15th and that they are piling their trash up next to the road. The park had a private hauler who came and picked it up but know one has picked it up in the past few days and it is blowing into the neighbors yard and the animals are getting into it.
Paint peeling off the house; junk in the east side yard; cut up tree lying in the yard; owner using mulch in the driveway to drive on.
There is a mound of stuff (matresses, and chairs, ect.) piled up here. It's been there about 3 mo. This is also a possible unregistered rental.

Upset caller reports residents continue to leave trash cans out all the time. Says that she has filed complaints before but nothing is done. She would like a citation issued to the tenants.
