Unsafe curb damage, north edge of Kirkwood between College and Walnut, dead center, opposite the south steps to the Courthouse. This is a trip/stumble hazard, which I know because I fell on my face there at about 4:15pm on 5/1/25. There is other curb damage along the same edge, and I believe the cutout around the lamp post is also a hazard. If anything still hurts in the morning, I will get medical attention. There is a silver car that has been parked in front of this address for at least a month. Two of the wheels are in the yard but the majority of the car is on the road, making it difficult for vehicles to traverse this neighborhood, especially if two cars going opposite directions wish to use the road at the same time. This vehicle also did not have a license plate until this afternoon.
There any chance of connecting N Jacob to W Industrial sometime in the future? Would be great for connectivity and decreasing needless miles for folk.
Damage to our driveway due to cable installation with heavy trucks and digging in area. Can’t attach photo.
I wanted to bring attention to a large tree on Ramble Rd East (in front of our house) that appears to be at risk of falling. The soil around the ground is increasingly exposed and raised, which makes us worry it could eventually fall—possibly toward the house across the street. Could the the city to address this matter and assess the tree’s stability to prevent potential damage? Thanks
'Bedrock Bath Pros' temporary sign in the grass at the corner, most likely in the ROW
'Riverways Plumbers' sign in the ROW at the corner, not on St. Charles' property.
Alas, the holes you filled a couple of weeks ago, are back due to the heavy rainfall. Thanks for filling them one more time.
Trash cans routinely left at street for both units.
