Alas, the potholes have appeared again in front of 1822 E Second Street. Also, continuing on E Second, just past the intersection with Woodcrest, there is one on the left-hand side, in front of the apartment complex.

Jackson Street between 6th and 7th. The white truck has been parked there since before Christmas - not moved. Now 2 more cars. None have permits.
Caller said there is garbage all over this property and there is a shed that is so full the doors do not shut and very visible from the street. There are rats coming and going from that shed.
