Big issue with all the stoplights doesn't matter where you're at in town West Bloomfield road West 3rd Street you guys have them set so we literally can stop by every light so there's one goes green traveling the speed limit you get to the next light it turns red it's either just gross and competence or somebody thinks that shit's funny but as much as you guys talk about climate change would seem to me you wouldn't just one thousands of cars just idling at a stop light dozens and dozens of times throughout the day you don't know what I'm talking about getting your car and drive around

There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. A car with NY license plates has been parked in this driveway but completely blocking the sidewalk all winter. Tickets have been issued but no change. A new car was there today so the residence does not appear to be vacant, they just seem to be ignoring the citations. It is a steep and uneven area to walk in anyway and having to traverse around this car creates difficulty to anyone with a mobility challenge. Especially when the ground is wet and muddy.

Why are there two reports about the toilet being in this yard and both have been closed? The toilet is still there.
