I am a new homeowner and I have a question or two! I have two large sugar gum trees in the front of my house on the strip of grass in between the sidewalk and street. I was told that these trees are the city’s property not mine. I am concerned because I have to trim some on the larger branches that overhang my roof and also the roots are bowing the sidewalk out and pushing up the concrete in my basement. If I wanted to service these trees myself do I need a permit or does the city handle these things?

Yellow "CBS" work safety coat lost and now hanging to be claimed on road construction sign by my home. 3449 E. Longview Ave. "Chambers" name is written on the back of the coat. Please retrieve. Not sure if it is a COB staff person's or one of the Greenway contractors. I told one of the contractor staff today where the coat is hanging but it was not retrieved.

Hello, I’m writing to request assistance with picking up a tree that was downed on my property. I have already cut the tree into manageable pieces and placed the debris by the side of the road in front of my yard, ready for pickup.
