I live at 1009 S. Lincoln St., and running in a perpendicular line to the street from our water access, at the house edge of the sidewalk, there's a big hole. It seems to go below the sidewalk a little. I'm not sure if I should just fill it in, or if it is indicative of a larger problem that should be addressed. I'd love a little guidance from the experts! I am currently attending the virtual City of Bloomington Board of Park Commissioners meeting via Zoom. I am disappointed by the city’s negligence to make this meeting more accessible for those with hearing barriers. Why don’t ALL virtual city meetings have closed captions and/or live signing?

Flooding/Standing water accumulates between the street and our fence. Looks like this may be part of the easement. This photo was taken in January, but it is a continuous issue whenever it rains. Can you please contact me to discuss this? Thank you!
The folks installing the fiber optic have severed what seems to be the main water line on the North side of Etter Drive, at about 6:30 pm, Thursday Nov 2. Water is gushing above the street, and beginning to flood lots.
Water main break at w 17th st by storage units. Looks like fiber installation caused it. Will they be fined for this?
A back tire on my car was completely blown out tonight driving down High Street between Maxwell & Covenanter. The pot holes along that stretch are REDICULOUS!!! They were all filled with water due to rain so I couldn't see them and I almost lost control of my vehicle when my tire went into a deep one. My car was forced onto the sidewalk. I could have hit someone walking there! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO REPAIR THAT STREET!! It will cost me over $800 to get my car towed and new tire + installation. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION!
