There are like five potholes along this road.
Following up on Case# 200891: There remain two large concrete utility enclosures sitting by the street. One is on the NW corner of Lincoln/8th and another a block further on the NW corner of Lincoln/9th. They appear to be associated with the fiber optic installation. They are just sitting there.
We do not understand why HAND has not responded to any “Snow on Sidewalk” reports this week. All 50 reports from this week are currently “open”. Names associated with some of them are Rob Council, Jo Stong, and Chastina Hayes. Are they all sick this week? Or is HAND just waiting until the weather warms up? Why do you even have an option to report snow on sidewalks if you do not really care to enforce that item in the Code. It seems that HAND should have a similar responsibility to enforce. Can HAND be fined if they fail to do so? Maybe we need a Bloomington version of DOGE to shake things up a bit…
No attempts at snow removal, dangerously close to a busy street
Vehicles repeatedly parked in front yard instead of driveway.
There no snow removal on this address snow still on sidewalks this dangerous for people
There are 2 significant pot holes on the south lane of Dunn between the bypass (45/46) and intersection with the pedestrian crosswalk light north of 17th Street lights. One is big enough to be a significant hazard and the other would cause considerable damage to a rim.
Just north of Maxwell, there are at least two potholes.
There is a large pothole just south of Maxwell and and High St.
Someone tagged the new brick retaining wall on West 17th St last year, and Carrie Winkel reported it. Today we discovered a backpack full of needles and narcotics paraphernalia strewn on the sidewalk below the tagging. Maybe it means something? So we are asking again that the city remove the graffiti. It is on the retaining wall where Lindbergh St. tees into W. 17th. It's a public wall, not private. I am requesting on behalf of Crescent Bend Neighborhood Association.
