The county Right of Way along Robin Rd. appears to vw 25 feet from the center line. You check your deed to confirm this. If you have a pond excavated, it should be outside the righs of way

Send letter stating that a portion of Evans Rd. bording his property is not draining properly. Because it is a safty concern, the county would like to install a culvert as soon as possible
