There are several issues:
1) Cars and frequently parked jutting into the alleyway or the city right of way, which is a hazard to traffic and also partially blocks exit from our garage.
2) Somewhere between 5 and 10 different cars come and go on a regular basis, some of which stay overnight at different times. Thus, the backyard is sometimes stuffed with cars. It's not clear who lives here and what the nature of the living situation is. For example, is this a community that provides mental health services to young men? If so, is it appropriately registered with the city? There is too much traffic at this property to fit a typical family or group living situation. I think there needs to be a welfare check or a visit of some sort by the city.
3) There still is trash stuffed underneath a blue tarp, including half of a toilet.
