Two dumpsters in alley are overflowing. Also people are stacking trash on top of old shed that is burnt down. She spoke w/her apt. mgt. about dumpster & they said it would be taken care of - but it hasn't been yet.
Her property butts up to 415 E 10th and the tenants in units 3 & 4 have been throwing live cigarettes into her gutters and onto her property. They also have trash stewn about from beer parties, including tables and chairs. (Please check the front and back of the property). She saw a rat on her porch recently. She has spoken with the landlord. who has spoken with her tenants but they don't seem to get it. Landlord suggested she call HAND.

Clarification for case #199848: We believe the report was meant for 415 E. 10th. The people involved with the demolition are *very* amateurish - blocking traffic by running out in the street, and the bucket used to tear down the building almost fell over a couple times. hould have been done more systematic so that some of the materials could have been saved. Did they even have a permit to do this? This is a Brawley slum rental, currently listed for sale: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/415-417-E-10th-St-Bloomington-IN-47408/442693160_zpid/
The alley that runs between 800 North Grant Street and 415 East 11th Street (connecting East 11th and East 12th streets) is full of potholes and bumps, especially as it gets closer to 11th St. Many of us who live in these buildings have to drive through this alley every day in order to access the parking for our buildings. I know that the condition of this alley has been damaging to the suspension of my car, and I am sure I am not alone in this. I'm sure I speak for many when I say that we would greatly appreciate it if this alleyway were to be re-paved, or at least have some of the deeper potholes and bumps filled in and smoothed out. Thank you for your time, Tyler Davis
