Near SE corner of my lot, an asphalt patch that was applied during the fiber optic cable project has collapsed and is, more/less, a hole at the edge of clover lane. currently 5" to 10" deep and about 12" across. Without some attention, it will grow / get worse, and it is a safety issue for vehicles and pedestrians. Thanks for your assistance.

Neighbor called concerned about this address -- overgrown, mangy cats, open door, etc.
Trash being thrown in trees on south side of street across from 301 N. Hopewell Street, problem not with 301 N. Hopewell.
