Refrigerator in back yard and a bathtub full of water drawing bugs.
At corner of E. 2nd St. & High St. there is a tree (only tree on that corner) that has grown over fence & obscures pedestrian walk sign.

Citizen says there is a large tree limb down to the west side of her property. She insists that this is a city easement and city should remove it - says the county always took care of it before. She's 82 on fixed income and can't take care of it. Wants someone to come look at it and determine if it is City's.
Shrubs overgrown onto sidewalk.
On 9/2 a car pulling a trailer filled his dumpster. Cost them an extra pick-up. Plate # is 53S 2060. He called the police dept & was told to call CE. He does not want any legal action taken on individual but would like a name & address so that he could write them about this incident.
