I have been dealing with a leak from the upstate department for seven weeks now. I have spent my own money and my own time to redirect the leak. I have had to move furniture in my living room and bedroom. I spent multiple shop vac, moving furniture, vacuuming, and spraying the carpet. I have had absolutely no help from the summit point staff after making six submissions for their help. I would appreciate any help I can get.

My house shares a tree line with Southeast Park on Montclair Ave. During two storms this summer, trees on the park side have split and left large branches on the park side. These trees break due to the number of times they have been cut back by the utility companies (close to power lines that also border my property and the park) on my side of the tree line. Because of the location of the power lines and where the dead tree branches current lay, I do not know who's responsibility it is to clean up these dead limbs. I would like to request that the city take care of it, as we have had no control over the care of these trees and how they have been topped on only one side over and over again throughout the years. I'd like to report a pot hole that is near the entrance to Cedar Creek Senior Living located at 3203 E. Moores Pike in Bloomington, IN 47401. My mother-in-law resides here and we've been trying to steer around this pot hole as we enter the facility from the east. Thanks!

This is more of a question really. A neighbor has claimed quite a bit of land that is listed as city property, but claims because she mows it, it is hers. It seems the city agrees, because for years they've allowed only her to use the site. Is this true? I have close to half an acre behind my house the city isn't using it maintaining at all. I would really like to expand my current property into that area. I'd hate to put all that work in though before knowing if I would get the same deal with the city my neighbor has.
The street light on Hawthorne in the little median between Sheridan and Southdowns is not on. It has been out for a while now.
