The property's frontage is overgrown to the extent that you can't see a child or pets that might run down the street. When making a left turn to Roundhill from Shadow Grove, even an SUV has a hard time seeing if there's a car coming.

The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue.
