At the intersection of Twin Oaks Valley and Twin Oaks RDG in the Adams Hill Subdivision the asphalt has broken up in a large area and is forming a hole. The asphalt needs to be removed and replaced.

Several stretches of the sidewalk on the west side of S. Walnut St./S. Old State Road 37 (south of CVS) have not been cleared and are a thick sheet of ice resulting in hazardous walking/biking conditions.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. On the west side of the intersection at Covenanter and College Mall Road there is a lot of sand and gravel in the road as of a few days ago.

Covenanter & College Mall Road: there's a ton of sand and gravel in the road. It's on the West side of the intersection where eastbound covenanter traffic waits at the light. Tires spin just trying to go from a red light. It's quite dangerous.
