I cannot understand how the city council approved so much money for cross country ski trails in Hyland park. I believe it is over 3 million dollars. This is money that could be used for property tax relief. Hyland Park was just beautiful just the way it was.

The empty lots need to be mowed. Caller thinks the address is 1527 Andrew Circle. Also check the other two lots beside it.

The empty lots on Coleman Court need to be mowed. Caller did not have an address, he said to check the entire street behind the tree line and in front of the tree line.

Not really a problem, but maybe an improvement to a situation. I remember, while visiting Rehobooth, Va. That the parking meters had an available app. that I loaded on to my I phone. I was able to pay my parking meter via a credit card I had registered with a third party through my iPhone. The program even sent me a txt message when the meter timer was running low and asked if I wished to continue billing my credit card. I think Bloomington would benefit by this next step. Thank you.
