You need an emergency number that is answered in a timely manner. I called for 35 minutes last night before someone finally answered. Our neighborhood was the one without water from the 17th street water main break. Really poor service.
There is construction going on outside of my home. It looks like water is leaking and has been for awhile. And since the construction started my water pressure has been terrible.

The hole in my yard that contains my water meter is flooded. I had noticed that the ground was wet around the outside of the lid, so I removed the lid and discovered that the cavity that holds the meter is filled with water.
