Residents who live directly across the street from the complex (321 E. 14th St.) are dumping their trash in the dumpster located to the north side of the complex. Ms. Sadler stated that she called the Police Dept. and they referred her to HAND.
Mr. Johnson complained that he had "somewhat of an animal emergency" but was unable to get through to the Animal Control/Shelter. I talked to the Shelter, and apparently they are short 4 staff members and are very busy. When I said that I'd received a complaint they apologized but said that it was important to leave a message, which the gentelman appraently did not do.
Resident says crew lost trash when dumping can and it's strewn around on walkway. Please check it out. Thanks.
Says trash crews always throw her cans across the yard and do this down the whole street. Understands they have a lot to do, but thinks they could be more careful in replacing the cans after emptying.
Huge tree on the corner of 3rd and Walker obstructing view of intersection. Very dangerous, according to Daniels.
