Appreciates paving on 4th & Rogers, But... Says the paving somehow changed the SW corner of 4th & Rogers so that water pools up in the walkway. Afraid this will freeze in winter.
Residents have not removed snow & ice from sidewalks on the west side of S. Rogers between W. 3rd St. & Howe. Approx. 3 houses have made no attempt to clear sidewalks.
