The bed of a red Datsun pickup truck parked in the driveway is full of trash. There are even rotten pumpkins left over from Halloween. The bed of the truck is being treated like a dumpster.

I visited the Hopscotch location along the B-Line on Sunday morning around 10:00 AM. The bike rack along the B-line was completely full, with overflow bikes locked up to surround trees. It looks like this location could benefit from additional bike parking. Thanks for looking into this.
Today I saw someone yell/yonk because someone stopped to look for pedestrians/bikes on the crosswalk. They were yelling because there "wasn't a stop sign," so this made me consider that perhaps placing a stop sign here where the B-Line goes across between Morton/Dodd Street would help with safety.

Newly installed water line was turned on and it is leaking profusely directly from the meter. Shut the water off at street to stop leaking until it can be fixed. The intersection at Woodlawn and 11th street poses significant potential danger to drivers, walkers, and bicyclists. I walk past this intersection every day and have seen several near-accidents. I propose a 3-way stop at this intersection. Vehicle traffic going North and South is always traveling quickly and don’t always see walkers crossing Woodlawn. In some cases, I have witnessed drivers stopping to allow walkers to cross. But, this causes drivers going one-way on Woodlawn to attempt to cross. I propose implementing 2 stop signs on 11th street. This will allow walkers and bicyclists the right of way, and will help drivers better communicate between Woodlawn (one-way street) and 11th Street.
