There is a white car that has been parked illegally for days, facing the wrong direction in the street. This has almost caused a few bicycle and pedestrian accidents.

There is trash blowing in the street and up and down the road. There is overflowing trash on the curb at this location. Looks like animals have ripped open bags.

The person in apartment 3 leaves his empty trash cans on the sidewalk for days after pick up. They are still out there. I have not seen him to tell him about it and he is not there when I knock. Please give him a HAND welcome to Bloomington packet and let him know he needs to take his cans off the sidewalk after trash day.

The BMCMPO received the following message/question from Mr. Sam Melchior ([email protected]) who asked the following: "Hi, I was wondering if there is any consideration of geo fencing the IU campus and downtown to control the dangerous use of e scooters. They are terribly dangerous and do not provide the safe eco friendly transportation advertised. Sam, a concerned citizen " We would ask that someone respond to Mr. Melchior regarding the geofencing of scooters within the City of Bloomington. We were left a notice that our garbage wasn’t picked up because it wasn’t bagged. Every single item was in a plastic bag.
