From Police: The police department has had several complaints from this apartment complex reference drugs, disturbing the peace, fights, as well as other calls. When I was there I noticed that the complex was littered with a large amount of trash. I believe about ½ of the complex is abandoned. It would help us if HAND got involved with code violations.
