Resident called in stating she was written up for no stickers and had forgotten to put them on. I granted her a courtesy pickup because she said it was one can of trash. When KH and RJ went out to do courtesy pickup, there were actually twenty bags of trash and several mattresses/furniture items which resulted in them having to use a large truck to do pick up. Do not do courtesy pick up for this address again.
