The road from Highland Park Elementary to W. 3rd Street needs to be stripped and repaved. Even before the construction started next to the school, it has always been patched which breaks up shortly after and it stays a mess. Please fix this road!

Black Honda Odyssey Van has been parked here without license plates for a month. There was some kind of ticket/warning put on it 2 weeks ago (or so) that hasn't been retrieved to my knowledge. The vehicle hasn't been moved from the spot for a month.

Maroon SUV with expired plates starting with 977 has been sitting here since before winter. It hasn't moved, the driver's door window has been down since at least fall, maybe summer. It's full of junk. No extra parking at this building, vehicles plate expired in 2021 and don't know the last time it was driven. Believe it is non-functional.

It's been sitting there for almost 2 months and hasn't moved, no effort to do repairs if that's what is needed. Owners have 2 other vehicles they drive instead. Neighbors don't have parking in the evening and have to park at other buildings. It needs to be towed.
