Potholes, Other Street Repair

424 E Laurelwood DR

Case Date:
3/22/2024

I have a pothole right next to my driveway. The city fixed several other issues on Laurelwood Drive earlier this year, but did not fix this particular pothole. It continues to get bigger each week, and I am concerned that it will cause issues for my vehicle.

Street Snow Removal

424 E Laurelwood DR

Case Date:
1/7/2025

As evidenced by the attached picture, the city plowed a significant amount of snow in front of our mailbox making it inaccessible to the post office. Since the snow will not be melting for a few weeks we need the city to help us access the mailbox by doing a small amount of additional plowing. We are current not able to receive our mail. Thank you for your time.

Biking & Walking

423 S Madison ST

Case Date:
9/27/2025

Went for a walk with my partner and pup, ended up using my shirt as a compress for a dying man. Sorry for the smart comment, but maybe it’s time to figure out how to tackle the balance of compassionate treatment of the transient population with public safety. My girlfriend will be processing the trauma for days and Howe St has become a thoroughfare.
