How is the city inspecting the newly installed curb cuts on E 2nd St. between Mitchell and High to ensure they are accessible? Several of these new curb cuts seem to have been completed, but they are not flush with the pavement -- they have at least a 1 inch lip on them.

No house number but we think it is 516 S Eastside Drive, house across from the church parking lot, with the dead tree in the front yard and lots of branches underneath it.
