has three notices for no stickers, still keeps setting trash out w/o stickers. Pile is accumulating...eight or more bags for three weeks.

no stickers for at least four weeks. there is only one can, but it is not stickered, leaning against tree. has gotten notice after notice, keeps removing notice but putting trash out anyway. is not complying w/ notices.

will not comply and use stickers. i sent them a letter on 5/4 letting them know that if they did not comply then they would be turned over to you, so i am turning them over to you. no stickers again today.
