Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. The walk buttons for moving in both the east and west directions when crossing College Mall Rd on the south side of Covenantor Dr do not work. One needs to be on the north side of covenantor to use the walk buttons to cross College Mall Rd.
