The 2 street light go off and on every few minutes. The one on Orris Dr. And the one straight south from the road. They go of and on all the time. Can the please be fixed?

A south-facing speed limit sign on Union just north of 7th and a north-facing speed limit sign on Union just south of 10th incorrectly state the speed limit as 25mph. According to muni code 15.24.020, Union is 30mph from 3rd to Law.

front yard looks like a junk yard. NO other houses in neighborhood look like this. Back yard never mowed this year. I called and complained earlier
