On Kenwood between Madsion and Woodburn. Tree limbs hanging down and hitting cars as they drive by. There is also glass in the road.

HIGH GRASS

A low-flying yellow single-engine airplane has been flying at low altitudes directly over the residential area, towing a banner, for hours a day, every day, for the past week or so. It's just circling for hours, not coming in on approach for landing.
