Caller stated that the house has been vacant for 6 - 8 months. He is now seeing people coming and going leaving the doors open. He is concerned about the safety of the house and that vagrants are sleeping in it.

When there are no cars in the way then please clear near curb so people can park. Please plow alley east of my house so I can leave..I park behind my house as I can't walk far. 5 ft pile of snow had to be shoveled from end of alley. 4wheel drive vehicles have used it but can't in my car. I'm a poor senior
