Has the BEST sanitation crew ever, however, he believes the crews didn't see his trash because it was sitting a bit behind his mailbo and was missed. He has moved it out so its easier to see now.

Trash not picked up. He said this is at least the 5th time not picked up. He doesn't know why, he tries to make it visible around parked cars. is in bags behind cars; crew easily misses. resident setting by mailbox for crew now
