We had trees fall down onto our driveway during a storm. The trees themselves are not from our property and are from the city property right next to us. We moved them over as much as we could so that we could access our driveway, but the fallen trees are quite large and will need to be hauled away.

Ms. Angust stated the the property owner at 804 W. 7th Street (John Bavender) has placed metal fence post on the property line between his property and the City alley. Ms Angust stated that the post were not installed correctly and that the post lean into the alley, since then he has placed cement blocks around the post that she thinks encroach into the alley

Has complaint about the work being done on W 7th St by American Utilities. He thinks that when they dig their trench, they will cut through the sewer laterals that lay along the route. CBU does not locate private laterals.
