Large numbers of students are forced to walk on Dunn because several apartment complexes have not cleared the snow. This is incredibly dangerous for all who travel this road.

The city sidewalks along East 10th, East John Hinkle, and N Pete Ellis Drive are not cleared. It’s been 7 days since there has been no improvement since it was last reported on 1/29/26. Are they exempt?
There are multiple pot holes on Dunn between the bypass and 17th Street that are causing traffic to swerve as drivers try to miss them. Most are in the north bound lane, but both lanes have hazardous pot holes.
None of the long public sidewalk in front of the Kroger parking lot was ever shoveled. This is more disrespect from our corporate occupiers. This photo was taken at 4:12 PM on February 1, 2026 – SEVEN days after the end of the last snowstorm.
When there are no cars in the way then please clear near curb so people can park. Please plow alley east of my house so I can leave..I park behind my house as I can't walk far. 5 ft pile of snow had to be shoveled from end of alley. 4wheel drive vehicles have used it but can't in my car. I'm a poor senior
Parking spots on street need to be cleared so customers can park and easier access to cleared sidewalks rather than trying to climb over snow mounds. I have a handicap and even if I can find a place to park I can't walk far to get on level ground and why not let people park in the cleared bunger lot. City should be more business friendly
The sidewalk in front of Taco Bell is a hazard. It’s not properly cleared and a blanket of ice. It’s impossible to pass without slipping on ice.
Across from the Pete Ellis post office there are several trees marked with a white cross. What else can this mean that they will be cut down soon. I was given the impression that this is an INDOT project. However, when I go to the INDOT public comment site, they say this is not INDOT. See picture. So is it the city of Bloomington who will be responsible for killing these beautiful oak trees?
Trash has not been collected in 2 weeks
The Regions drive-thru bank has not cleared their sidewalks and even worse the intersection walkways are not cleared at Kirkwood and Rogers so we have to cross Rogers mid-block, through the traffic, into the driveway of the Circle K where cars are driving in and out. The Regions should be contacted (and fined) but I also wonder if the City should be sending out smaller plows (like you use on the B-line) to clear the intersection pedestrian crossing spaces that are now snow mounds from the City street plows all over the city.
