Cars driving on Adams St between2nd and Allen Sts drive very fast. No speed limits posted. Pedestrians and bicyclists must travel in road because sidewalks are not completed. Vehicle speeds are dangerously fast. Needs traffic calming

The signal at Rogers and Kirkwood has been flawed for some time now. The left arrow activates in all directions even when there is no one there to trip it. It slows down traffic significantly at a busy intersection.
There is a dead bird in the street at the corner of Grimes and Grant.
Water Tower near 1238 N Loesch Rd. (North of Profile Pkwy & South of Vernal Pike). Possibly for about a month the amber aircraft & night warning lights are inoperable. Could/Would this be checked, Thank You!
Unit four tenant continues to feed deer and rodents by deliberately putting corn and bird seed on the floor of their porch.
This intersection is very dangerous with people trying to turn left into Belle Tire or turn left from Belle Tire. It needs to either be eliminated as an ingress or it needs a porkchop or something that only allows cars to turn right into or out of.
Last summer I contacted the city (Ureport case 192429) regarding city trees in my front yard (tulip poplar) that were infected by a "tulip tree scale" insect. I live in Tamarron and there are a number of other tulip poplar trees infected by the same bug. Haskell Smith said to contact him this spring to let him know and the city will treat the trees to keep them from dying. this is at the dead end of basswood drive. It is near the side entrance of Village at Muller park near 715 s muller parkway . people are coming by and just emptying their trucks with trash.
