The land lord (Pendragon Properties) will not remove the snow from the sidewalks and parking lot or lay salt down. This is not a surprise, as nothing was done last year either.

704 W. 4th St. The sidewalk is front of this house is ridiculous. They never shoveled or salted, and it's been almost 2 weeks since it snowed. Someone is going to get hurt. They shoveled up to their front door, and I know someone is home.

I am contacting in order to complain about the traffic lights located at the intersections of 2nd and Walnut and 2nd and College Ave. I have reported this issue about a month ago and the issue was resolved quickly, however it has arose again. I am requesting that the crosswalk signals at both intersections be put into night mode so that the signal's beeping does not interfere with residents' sleep any longer.
