RE: 3rd St Park. Construction crew used one of the benches from 3rd St Park and it is now sitting in mud and water on the SE corner of Municipal Building. Caller wants the bench cleaned up and back at 3rd St rather than rotting away.

dog "droppings" at Bryan Park. Walking with daughter, she got it all over her. Must watch every step you take. Problem has occurred last 2 weekends. Problem shouldn't be occuring in a park! Not happy!
A gentleman called to complain that Charlie Brown is telling people that he is still an officer w/ the BPD, and he carries a gun. In paticular, he works as security guard at all Kroger locations, and over exerts himself in this capacity by harassing young kids at these stores. The gentleman feels that he has been harassed also at the 2nd St. Kroger location while w/ friends. He knows Charlie from when he was a security guard at Crestmont.
Kathy is a school bus driver, who's route is on Kinser Pike. She has a special needs child that when she stopped the bus to help him off, 4 college age students on bicycles intentionally went right through her flashing stop sign and almost hit this child. In addition, as busy and as dangerous as this road is these bike riders put others in danger, including themselves. She wants MORE police to patrol this road to catch bike riders who do not stop when a bus has their flashing stop sign out.
Ms. Geyer wrote a letter to Michelle Fanfair thanking her for taking time to answer some of her questions about recreational opportunities at BACC. She added that the opportunities at the center are wonder for the community and it is nice to have a place where all ages and all walks of life are free to come together.
FYI- Rev. Brockman is a Bloomington Transit access driver and called in to notify the city that the roads are still slick throughout the city.
Anonymous caller complained about the entrance and the overall condition of the parking lot at Frank Southern Center.
A certain Transit driver continues to smoke on the bus. Mr. Schaad has informed Transit about this for a year yet the driver continues to smoke on the bus. Mr. Schaad is allergic to cigarette smoke.
