The 3 way stop at Allendale and Winslow needs improvement. We live in Sherwood Oaks, and for years we have watched people blow through the stop sign while traveling east on Winslow. I see this happen at least once per week. Given that I am at that intersection maybe 5-10 minutes per day, this would suggest that this stop sign is being run 10s if not a 100 times per week. I think this might be due to the fact that people just don't see the stop sign since it is off to the side (due to the turn lane). Could you consider putting a blinking light on top of the stop sign? I don't think there is a need for a blinking red in all directions, but if you could bring more attention to the stop sign it might help. Now that I have teenage drivers in the family I am even more concerned about this-we have warned them about this intersection, but I fear that a collision there is inevitable given the number of times folks run through it. All the street lights along Henderson in front of South HS and the skate rink are out.

Resident called in stating there were stickers on can. Spoke with crew for that area (948), stated that can was actually very overweight and should have been marked that way. I attempted to contact resident (Daniel 961-0701) three times to explain that we would not be able to pick up trash since it was overweight. Each time I called it rang through and there was no answer or voicemail. RLP
