The retaining walls on W 17th require cleaning and routine maintenance. The house shown is 1412 W 17th, but the walls run up and down the street. Mold is the major concern.

A resident called in to report traffic signage (detour signage, perhaps?) fell into the roadway and scratched their vehicle at 2nd and Patterson.
They called to inquire about the tort claims process; they were directed to Legal's webpage about the process for filing a claim.
They also called to trigger a response from staff to address the signage in the roadway.

I understand that with construction roads will be uneven for a time, but the roads on 17th and Arlington have been uneven and rough for awhile. It's been weeks and I go up and that road multiple times a day. The roads are so rough that I'm afraid that it is going to pop one of my tires as well as I'm going to need a front end alignment. If they are going to have the roads torn up for a long period of time, could they put some steel plates down so it doesn't cause damage to vehicles? Thank you.

Companies signs are at intersections all over town. It’s illegal, ugly and anyone else gets letters to remove them or pay fines. They are EVERYWHERE

Do you know what the deal is with the bike greenway in Green Acres neighborhood right after the bridge underpass? They've torn a strip out of the road right where bikes are supposed to go and it's like a two inch drop off. No signage, no detour, etc. - it almost took me out on my bike earlier this week.
Are they putting a speed hump at the bottom of that hill (and if they are, for the love of god why)? Is there a timeline for the road to be fixed? I'm annoyed and going out of my way to avoid the area.

A large vehicle clipped this city tree. The large limb that fell was dragged into the woods. Does the city need to make a clean cut of this branch

NORTHWOOD ESTATESS DDDD's ding, dong, doorbell dashers - a long-standing problem. For the past 2 1/2 years I have had problems that come and go with DDD's. And ever since the Guthrie case I have been even more terrified of them! Last night they had the audacity to come at 3:30 AM and again around 5:30AM. Neither time did I get out of my upstairs bedroom for fear of falling. I am tired of their pranks. they need to grow up and be responsible adults. Please add an extra patrol in an unmarked car sit in Rosewood Circle at Rosewood Dr. cul-de-sack to observe. In the meantime, I purchased an outdoor camera and Ring camera, of which neither are working. HELP. Please, provide me with temporary equipment in finding them or repairing what I already have. A k-9 would be welcome overnight as long as it doesn't bite me, eat me out of house and home, and insist on sleeping with me. Let's get creative in solving my problem because I generally am a non-violent person, instead believing in peace and harmony for everyone. THANKS! PS Send a copy of this to the police chief because his personal dog is very well behaved.

I live in Peppergrass and there is a home on Walnut Street Pike between our neighborhood entrance and the church who seems to have a barnyard full of noisy animals. This includes a rooster who starts crowing at dawn and continues throughout the day. I thought roosters were not allowed in city limits.
