There are quite a few cars and trucks that once they turn off of Henderson St. onto E Graham Dr. start speeding and revving their engines and some have even raced one another...we have children and animals around this area and it is very disturbing. This happens during the day and also at night. Please help!!!

Excessive speeding on this road 24/7
On Sare Road, between Rogers and David, there are numerous large potholes on both the north and southbound lanes.
There is a really young looking girl with a much older guy lying on the picnic table at the new shelter house at RCA Park. They seem to be in a romantic relationship
Terminal box, most likely hit: lid is open, wires can be seen inside. Wiring for the traffic signals?
This situation involves the east bound bike lane that is part of E 3rd Street and the paved bike/pedestrian path on the same side (south side) these areas have been covered with deep sand and gravel for years, and standing water after any hard rain. This is a hazard to cyclists using these paths. This is state highway but the city has a duty to protect taxpayers in the city limits, and one of this areas listed is clearly a sidewalk and comes under HANDS jurisdiction, or parks and Recreation as a bike path.
Large potholes at the intersection of S Nota Dr and E Covenanter Dr. Both side of intersection. There is a large hole on right side of street, approximately 6 to 8 inches deep along side of the street on Covenanter Dr. about 200 feet west of the Covenanter and Nota Dr. intersection as well. And, multiple pot holes at the intersection of Nota Dr. and Woodbine Ave.
Cheyenne Bowlen recently indicated the following request is not a city issue. Her assessment is incorrect. East Winslow Farm Drive IS a city street. The pothole in question has previously been repaired by the city. She may have assumed that the address I provided was on the "semi-circle drive" that extends off the main road. The pot-hole is located on the CITY street side. Please have someone do an on-site visit if you are unable to determine the location of the very seriously deep pot-hole. We would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. The following is a record of our correspondence. I initially wrote: "There is a significant pot hole at the end of the driveway at 521 E Winslow Farm Dr. The area in question is an "eyebrow" and several of us need to turn unto E Winslow Farm Drive from this semi-circle. The hole is rather large and deep and it has become a serious problem to avoid. The hole is located on the city street of E Winslow Frm Drive. Thank you for your attention to this matter." The response indicates it was "Assigned to Cheyenne Bowlen" with her response as follows: Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed. History 4/29/2026 12:04:41 Closed by Cheyenne Bowlen Sandy, The City of Bloomington does not maintain these areas. This would be the responsibility of the HOA.
