This trail has a lot of dog walkers and there is a lot of dog feces that is not picked up. Would like a dog waste disposal and bags to help keep this area clean. And possibly some signage
Drains are all completely clogged up. Debris floating down the street. Sherwood greens stormwater drain behind my barn at 3504 South Westminster Way is completely clogged up and probably not draining again. They were supposed to keep it cleaned out and it definitely is clogged up again with all the runoff. I know it’s raining a lot, but this is a an occurrence even when it’s a light rain. I have videos, but it’s not giving me the option to send you a video. I’ve lived here for 39 years and this is just steadily gotten worse and worse. Please inform Sherwood Green about their storm drain. That is probably damaged again like it was several years ago.
Ditch behind our condo has been overflowing with trash from Sare Road and possibly Hyde Park Village. Last year we had 2 carp wash over, as well as a hardware cloth screen approximately 2'X4' and buckets of construction waste. This year we have a christmas tree and several 3-4'boards as well as another 1/2 ton of gravel! I am not sure where any of this comes from but it is unsanitary and eroding our yard. My address is 2724 South McCartney Lane. Others may have reported this. The neighbors are concerned.
Gravel driveway washed down onto sidewalk. Difficult to pass with wheelchair.
Did the Graduate hotel also reach an agreement with the church to the north across the street (first Christian church) for their liquor license, that church also being within 200 feet of the premises? (See case 208989)
115 e kirkwood. they put a giant crane in the ped walk around
There are NO STREET LIGHTS ON THIS ROAD AT ALL!! It’s not safe at all!!
Case #209315 indicates that the City will not do anything about the blocked street and sidewalks in front of 1316 S Palmer because there is no evidence of a illegally run business. Please Google Jabberwocky Computer Rescue Services, which is listed as a currently open business at this location. Neighbors can hear his business landline ring at all hours of the day. People are laying underneath cars with the lower portion of their bodies out in the middle of Palmer. It’s a dangerous situation for everyone, especially the people employed by this business. https://maps.app.goo.gl/CjM5jGsxsrcbaQqi6
Recurring flooding is affecting yards and driveways in our neighborhood, with water reaching depths up to a few feet during heavy rain events. This occurs several times per year and has resulted in property damage, including several vehicles in the neighborhood. Two culverts carry water beneath the roadway at this location. Based on observed conditions, the culverts appear to be insufficient to handle stormwater during frequent events, creating a backwater effect that causes water to pond in residential areas upstream. Previous inquiries have indicated this may be attributed to the area’s flood zone designation. However, the frequency and severity of flooding suggest this exceeds typical floodplain conditions and may indicate inadequate drainage capacity. Requesting a formal evaluation of the culvert system and overall drainage, including assessment of capacity and consideration of potential improvements.
