The street light behind 925 E Hunter Ave went out. It’s on faculty Ave near our private parking behind the house.

There are multiple potholes on Sudbury drive from Weimer to W. Arbor Ridge Way, one is very deep and could cause vehicle/tire damage. Sudbury does not have street lights so for people not familiar with the roads they may not know to avoid that pothole. There is also a shallow pothole on W Arbor Ridge way about feet from Sudbury that is getting larger each week.

Is the paved trail in Rev Earnest D Butler Park supposed to be wheelchair accessible? There's quite a few issues with broken pavement I'd like to report. Even for an able bodied user of the park, this particular section of trail is dangerous.

Trees going over the wall of Rose Hill Cemetary on W 3rd St and scratching school bus, if you are able to trim these back please.

Large gap forming between B-Line pavement and the paved area where this bench is. Hard to access with a mobility aid that has caster wheels. This is at the mural next to the B-Line Heights apartments

Roots lifting pavement on B-Line trail, can you please grind down to get rid of nature's speed bumps? Closest light post is #172. Roughly halfway between N Adams and Moravec.

Can you please rotate this trashcan so it's usable by a wheelchair from the bike path? Can't get to it behind the light post. Light post #103. Closest cross street is W 2nd St.
