Tree encroaching on sidewalk.
Tree encroaching on sidewalk.
Experiencing visibility issues as a pedestrian at the W 6th St and B-Line Trail intersection. Cars parked in the diagonal spots in front of Le Petit Cafe block pedestrian visibility down the road to the west. Because of this, I can't fully see down the road for cars until I'm already in the road. It's particularly an issue when larger vehicles like vans and trucks are parked there. Cars do not always approach this crosswalk at a slow enough speed to slow down for the pedestrians who couldn't see them
Crossing signal buttons on the corner of E 6th St and N Walnut don't face the natural flow of pedestrian traffic. It makes more sense to me that buttons would be able to be pushed from the wider sidewalk corridor instead of rolling my wheelchair out of the way and around the other side of the light post.
Rental company has been notified several times about swinging vine blocking the sidewalk. It has been pulled back several times but continues to be hazardous for pedestrians
Three of the four parts of the intersection say all ways stop southbound has no stop sign. Sounds contradicting to the other signs.
Two vehicles parked on overgrown grass abandoned for 6 plus years.
One of the city pear trees along the sidewalk outside of our yard dropped a limb.
There is a fallen tree between 519 and 523 S Swain Ave that has struck a car, and is blocking the flow of traffic.
Broken tactile curb pavers on curb Consistent issue with this style of tactile curb. Not accessible. Corner of S Morton St and W 2nd St
Wheelchair can't cross alley to get to Rainbow Bakery because of potholes and cracks. Not accessible
