Cheyenne ~ I got an email from you earlier today, but couldn't respond to it. Thank you for looking into this matter. I wanted to update that this week we have had 2 cars broken into. The neighbors are concerned about the dark street. Thanks again ~ Vickie P.S. I am a homeowner, but because I sit on the Board I field lots of complaints/concerns from residents. You may received other UReports, if so please respond to my email so that I can update the entire HOA.

I’m writing to express concern about the current condition of the Twin Lakes Recreation Center. As a member for several years who regularly participates in several of the free classes offered, I’ve seen the facility over time and feel it’s important to share these concerns. While the Center has great potential, several ongoing issues are significantly impacting the overall experience. First, the lack of music in the workout areas makes the environment feel uninviting and low-energy. Music is a basic expectation in most fitness spaces and plays an important role in motivation. Additionally, much of the equipment appears outdated and in need of replacement or maintenance. This not only affects usability but can also raise safety concerns. Along those same lines, the furniture throughout the facility is worn and visibly old, which contributes to an overall impression that the space is not being adequately maintained. There are also operational issues that need attention. Broken clocks throughout the facility make it difficult for folks to manage their time effectively during workouts or classes. On top of that, the limited class availability does not meet the community's needs, especially for those who rely on structured fitness options. It would be nice to have multiple time slots for the HIIT and Bootcamp classes! Taken together, these issues create an experience that falls short of what a community recreation facility should provide. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that improvements can be made to better serve the community. Thank you.

Not anything you can do now, but this is probably NOT the species indicated on the plaque. The flowers look more like a red horse chestnut, a hybrid
