This is the 2nd time I have complained, with no obvious results. I believe it is 923 W Winding Way. It is on the corner of Winding Way and Stoneycrest Road. You can't miss it. Looks like a jungle and big tree limb is laying in the middle of yard. It looks like this all the time. Grass overgrown, Trees out of control and dead tree limbs in yard. Please Do Something!
Can you PLEASE repaint the arrows on this roundabout and put out a notice/newspaper article about proper use of roundabout usage/etiquette. The amount of time I have been honked at and flipped off since the Fullerton connection has been built is ridiculous. People (who are in the wrong) get so angry. I use this multiple times a day and have a son who is about to start driving. If there hasn’t been a wreck yet, there will be. Or worse.
TREE LIMBS AND SHRUB LIMBS OVER HANG ON THE ROAD. IN SOME SPOTS IT IS A 1 LANE ROAD. OWNER OF PROPERTY WILL NOT TRIM.
U Report # 210060 Hi again, I'm following up from yesterday's U Report. Duke responded immediately with the information that the wire is a cable line. Duke recommended that I get back to my local Bloomington government because since I've owned this house I have never had cable service, therefore I do not know whose line it belongs to. Do you have any record as to who owns/is responsible for this abandoned cable line? And is there a statute of limitations for an abandoned line - can I cut it down myself? What is the risk of danger if I do so? Any insight that you can provide is appreciated. Sincerely, Elida C. Behar April 22, 2026
